“With Digital Sizzle 6 we’re aiming to bring to life a theory that we’ve had for some time: We believe that emerging technology, innovation and start up culture has been fundamentally impacting on more traditional cultural areas outside our humble tech scene,” 3beards explain, adding “From art to music, sculpture to dance, data and technological innovation have had a ripple effect and are producing new forms of creativity every day.”
Digital Sizzle are bringing together 50 hackers and 50 digital artists & musicians to create some amazing work during a period of 48 hours at Mozilla HQ in London from 14th – 16th September. They also promise some high level judges and mentors in attendance. Plus, the winner of the Art Hack will be exhibited at Whitechapel Gallery in London on the 26th September. We’re really excited to see some of the work that comes out of this mash up of talents and skills.
Digital Sizzle is becoming well known for laid back beer and burger gatherings with interesting themes but with this being their largest event to date you can expect you expect things to run on an even higher level and an expected attendance of 500-600 people to meet and mingle with.
“This event is all about making tech and art accessible to all,” say 3beards.
