Dare to be Digital

If you fancy finding out what video games some of the top students at Uni’s and Colleges around the UK are developing, then watch this space. We’re following the progress of two teams, Rebel Donut and Tea and Techno who over the next 6 weeks are creating games on Windows Phone 7 for video games competition Dare to be Digital.

The competition culminates in talent showcasing event Dare ProtoPlay on 12-14 August. The general public and industry experts get to play and vote for the games. The kudos continues with a flashy awards ceremony where the three highest scoring teams win £2,500 and the winning teams then get to go to the BAFTA Video Games Awards to compete for the coveted “Ones to Watch Award”.
