Sam Hardacre (@NocturnalMonkey to Twitter folks) came along and leant his talent to us for New Adventures in Web Design in Nottingham today. He sat down and frantically sketchnoted all the sessions, taking them away to scan and ink later. Here’s the results of his efforts:

You wrote down “Borrowing from other industries can cause confusion”.

I believe that only replies to sibiling industries, for instance print design (bleed, fold, page, etc.) where different or unrelated industries (may) reduce the chance of confusion (responsive architecture, web).
Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.
NOW IN 3D TECHNICOLOUR! lovely stuff guys…what a conference
@Robert Sedovsek ~ Quite right, thanks for elaborating for readers. It’s an important point which I were unable to further explain whilst in the process of creating the sketchnotes
So it was you I sat next to during some of the afternoon session. Great drawings.
