How To Succeed In Commercial Software Development

I chatted to Liam Westley at DDD8 (a community organised developer event held at the Microsoft Campus in Reading) – he delivered a really useful session called ‘Commercial Software Development – Writing the Software is Easy, Not Going Bust is the Tricky Bit’, so if you want some golden rules on how to write commercial software and also what to avoid, then you should find this video useful.
